Hello again! I was wondering how many of the more seasoned investors have their Real Estate License or also work as realtors? I'm thinking that would be a way for me to get some basics down. Would it really help, or is it unnecessary? Thanks!
I don't have a license, and I would say it's unnecessary but could be helpful.
Thanks for the reply, Ryan! Something to keep in mind as I dip my toes in the water. BTW, I did find a Real Estate Investor Assn. in Toledo. Planning on going to their next meeting in Feb. I will let you guys know that that went.
Having a RE license is certainly helpful, but like Ryan said, not necessary. Good luck!
