Finding a state to invest in out of state
Does anyone have any advice for picking a state to invest in that you have no connections to? I'm currently in California and it doesn't make sense for me to invest here. I'm currently finding what seems like potential cities to invest in, finding basis statistics such as population growth, crime rates, vacancy rates, avg prices, etc. and comparing it in excel.
