Financing Remodel with Credit Cards

I will be pursuing my first hard money loan for a BRRRR and will not have enough cash to cover the repairs. I've been reading that remodel costs are held in escrow by the HML and reimbursed after completion.

My question is - Can I pay my contractor via credit cards and pay them off when the HML reimburses me?
