Wholesale Mobile Homes in California
Hello, looking for advice on MH wholesaling/resale in California. I have zero experience or cash to get started investing but lots of motivation. I live in northern Cali (close to Napa valley/clearlake/Lake county) where there's lots of parks/communities. I have experience in the SF bay area as a real estate photographer/furniture/design staging but zero experience with mobile home transactions, etc. I was wondering do you need a license to wholesale or resale mobile homes in Ca? Where do you find the contract paperwork if you find a seller you want to sign with? and where do you market for buyers? Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks Gigi
