Real estate investing (newbie)

Hey everyone. I just started getting into real estate investing. I started out specifically looking to do whilesaling but as I’ve reaearched and kept exploring I also want to get into trading stock options, and mobile home investing and owning rental properties. Im 22 , I work a full time job 40-50 hrs to week as an Electrical Apprentice and working to get my Journeymans license within 4 years so I have to use my time wisely. I have a lot of bills and debt that Im trying to get out of and create a better life myself, and stop living paycheck to paycheck . I am bad at saving and managing my money.. I would like to change all of this for myself and I feel that I’m on the right track getting into real estate investing. I am on my phone non stop researching and educating and I love it! My question to everyone is, am I doing too much by trying to learm multiple things at once? Should I just focus on wholesaling to start building wealth and get my feet wet ? or should I keep doing what Im doing and dive into more than one thing ? Any Advice would be greatly appreciated !
