residential assisted living valuation
Hello all-
My wife and I are currently in talks to purchase an existing residential assisted living business. We are having some trouble deciding on a value, and I am hoping someone out there with some experience in this realm can shed some light on this issue. What method is commonly used to value a business of this type? We would be purchasing the real estate in addition to the "business". Thank you for your help.
