Disposition manager - Person who manages the sales of an investment company's properties. Acquisition manager - Opposite of a disposition manager, they manage acquisition! The role can be different depending on the company's overall strategy. Inside sales guy - inside salespeople work in the office interacting with clients and helping drive the sales process. Sometimes inside salespeople are responsible for cold calling and setting appointments, sometimes they're responsible for document prep and more of the back end stuff. Depends on the company. Office manager - In my experience, this is the administrative assistant. Others may have different experiences here. Project manager - responsible for the on time and on budget completion of projects. Interacting with suppliers and contractors to make sure things happen as expected. VA - Virtual assistant. They typically handle simpler tasks on an as-needed basis.
