Real estate agent selling farms

Hi, my name is Jake Trogstad.  I live in Southeastern MN.  I'm just starting out in real estate.  I listened to a podcast and it said to start with a niche.  Does anyone know anybody that has been succesful selling farms, or is specializing in a niche only used for investing?  I know a lot of farmers and I own and operate an organic grass-fed dairy.
