Newbie looking for guidance and Mentor
I am just starting to get into the RE investing business and have been listening to all the BP podcasts, reading books, trying my best to analyze deals, and just overall getting over my head. I am located in Northern California and believe I want to start around this area (within 3-4 hours from Napa). I am looking at multi-family options but really need someone who I can speak with and rack their brain/experience. Anyone local and want to get a free lunch while I pick your brain?
