Refinancing Banks in Arkansas
Hello Bigger Pockets. I have just closed on my first Duplex and am now looking to refinance. I would like to find a bank that will refinance 80% of the home value to pull as much money out of the deal as possible. Does any one have any suggestions? The bank I got the original loan with will only refinance 75% of the home value.
