Hello Bigger Pockets Family,

This is Jahred Manning, I’m a newbie investor who is ready to go from educating myself to taking action. I live 30 minutes south of Washington DC in Maryland and I want to focus on fix and flips. Eventually I plan to have a great rental portfolio until then I’m looking to get my first deal and continue learning. Look forward to including the BiggerPockets tribe into my process.
