Help! Looking for first house hack in Columbus, OH.
I am a college student graduating in December 2019. I have 8 months left on my lease for my apartment and I would like to buy a duplex around Aug. 2020 to house hack and eliminate my mortgage/ rent expense. Looking in Columbus, OH. Any tips and ideas are greatly appreciated!
