Has anyone ever attended their seminars? They cost $297 for three days. I’ve heard their mentor ship program can cost $30K. If you ever attended the three day seminar or paid for their mentor ship please chime in with your thoughts or comments.

i when to one here in Houston and paid 300 dollars. they try to sell me a program that cost exactly 30k, of course i didn't make the purchases of the one instead i became a pro member here in BP and start reading a lot of books read the forum and webinars. Next week i will go to the REIA meeting here in H Town and to meet awesome people. i have not purchase my first property yet but i will soon.
