Looking to get contract paperwork
I was interested in wholesaling a few years back. I got connected to some people who gave me the wrong info when it came to getting started so I walked away. Now, I am getting the itch again and this time I am going about this slowly, with an focus on learning from folks who have done this for an amount of time. Now, am looking to get contract forms for the state of Oklahoma so I can get some properties under contract to sell, and then start researching and building a buyers list to market to would be my next step. Any info would be helpful guys, Thanks. Just a side note, I love this community for folks, thank everyone for opening the doors to real estate knowledge!!!
