Second Home Rider? Can I Rent my second home with a Home rider?
Hi Pros, I’m new and asking for guidance with My Second Home loan rider. Do I need to refinance to investment loan to rent my property? We have owned and occupied our home out of state for over a year. Finances have changed with new addition to our family and must seek options. No primary home just high rent. Looking for a direction to learn right.
