Asking for Book Recommendations
So I am a 20 year old university student who currently is nowhere near having enough money to start investing in real estate. Although I cannot invest now, I want to use my time wisely and learn as much as I can so that when the time comes where I can save and finally invest, I do it right. I don't know a single thing about the process of buying a home, getting a home inspected, repairing things, getting a loan... In other words I am a clean slate. I'd love to know what books influenced y'all the most and which books were the most informative. I specifically am interested in rental property, live and flip, and BRRRR strategies, but I'd love to hear any recommendations for anything else too!
