Hi everyone,

First time investor looking for a real estate agent in the Kansas City area. Does anyone have any good suggestions? Looking to invest in a single family home (2-3 br, 1-2 ba, 900-1000 sq ft) in a B or C neighborhood. 80k - 150k range purchased via conventional financing.
