Advise on Builder getting Real Estate License.
I'm a builder and right now doing spec builds with hopes of getting into some custom as well. I want to know if its worth getting my real estate license to save on commissions? Also, does being a licensed agent hinder you in any way when it come to selling your homes? Because I have my building company, but then id be working for another company as an agent trying to sell my homes.
