Cash flow markets for turn key
Hello,
I currently live in Northern California and I'm looking to invest in turn key properties outside of California. I'd love to know what markets are great for cash flow income. If you have any real estate brokers or turn key property groups in certain areas who I could contact, that would be of great help. Please let me know as I'm looking to buy as soon as possible.

Memphis is exciting for turnkey units and there are some companies that are responsible for many hitting the market every year. Sean Tagge is an active BP user with Reedy and they kill the turnkey thing. Alex Craig and his group really kill it as well, and their reputations are well-earned if turnkey is your preferred route.
