Land Consolidation or Building
I'm in the process of closing escrow on a property in Fontana. Its a single-family house on .3 acres of land and a triplex on .69 acres of land. The triplexes are 1 and 1 units. I can have a total of 7 units on an acre of land so possibly adding another 2 buildings.
I want to know what are the benefits of doing a land consolidation?
Or just build whatever I can on that .69 parcel on land.
