First Time Investor for Multifamily Homes in LCV

Hi BPC I am Skylar, just became debt free and am looking at getting started in my real estate investing journey by using a FHA loan...(I know going back into debt... but hey its an asset not a liability, right??) in buying a duplex, tri/fourplex property in the Lewiston Clarkston Valley right on the boarder of Idaho and Washington. I would like to connect with other people as I start my adventure.
