Omaha Nebraska CPA/Accountant

Currently have 1 rental property and am looking for a trusted CPA who can work intelligently, but not cost 1k for tax preparation! I have investment income, educational expenses, crossing state borders, and a few other things that add to the complexity. Anyone have recommendations in the Omaha Nebraska area?
