i need some help with a script for cold calling. i am vetting out a list of absentee owners and need a good hook. Any ideas or guidelines ? 

I used youtube and just searched scripts for what you are trying to do. I play it while I am driving down the road. You also get the tips of the people doing the videos also which in invaluable to me. 

Mine is simple...

"Hi my name is Ryan, I buy and sell quite a few houses in and around the Tulsa area every month and ran across a property the other day that I believe you own.  The address is __________.... (they will tell you if they own it or not right here)

I was just reaching out to see if you might be interested in selling it?

If they say no, thank them for their time and always ask if they know anyone that's selling a property

If they say yes, ask them if they have a few minutes to chat about it now or schedule a time to call back when it's better for them.
