Pittsburgh PA Real Estate 2020

Rosendo Perez
Posted

Hello, my friend and I are from the San Francisco Bay Area but are currently looking into fixer uppers in the the Pittsburgh market to buy, fix, and rent. We would like to know if people still think there will be good opportunities in the Pittsburgh market in 2020

Thanks

Rosendo

@Rosendo Perez Plenty of opportunities here. That's one of the best parts about the area, tons of distressed properties available to capitalize on. A lot of neighborhoods turning around as well with opportunities to see some good appreciation too in the right spots.
