I have the basic steps to wholesaling. I understand most aspects of wholesaling. My biggest problem is not be able to find a wholesale buyer in my area. I located some great deals. I dont have them under contract because i dont have a buyer list... Could anyone suggested a great way to obtain a buyerlist?
