The right strategy for education

Hi everyone,

I have been researching and reading books and blogs especially here at BP on real estate as I'm trying to get a good overview and understanding of the market. I see wholesale as a great way to really learn about REI but I recently read that in order to be successful in wholesale you must learn about rehabbing houses. Is that true?

Just want to understand the direction I should take in terms of furthering my education
