Residential Versus Commercial

Hi All,

I am starting my real estate investment in small multifamily . I was trying to focus in small multifamily residential upto 4 units . I came across with commercial property which is around 6 units and 9 units which is in class B location

9 units comprised of 1 bedroom and studio . 

6 unit comprised of 2 bedrooms. 

I was wondering 

1. Residential Versus Commercial - what is pro and cons ? which one is better investment 

2.1 bedroom , 2 bedroom and studio - which one is better for investment overall
