I'm new to real estate and I'm looking for some transactional funding in the Pittsburgh area. Are there any recommendations? Anything I should know about this process before getting into it. All feedback is appreciated.

When you say transactional. Are you talking about funding the deal, or dropping money in to close the loop in a wholesaling scenario?

What kind of deal?  Rental? House hack? Flip?
