New investor looking for first property
Good evening BP community.
Is leasing a 4 plex from an owner a good idea? I found an owner who is willing to lease his 4 plex for $3000 down and monthly payments of $1350. Each unit is currently occupied and rent for $500. I would be responsible for water which is around $250 a month. The purchase price for the 4 plex is $165,000.
