Lead Generation, Niche or bulk data ?
Hello so I just got my first deal not too long ago and I'm not sure what to do now. I don't know if I should buy bulk data from list providers or should I continue to pull niche list from my city and county since that's where I've had my success. I don't have a massive marketing budget since I'm just starting, I appreciate all input.
