Analyzing foreclosures and ore foreclosures
Just curious how to analyze when some properties don’t give a price, such as this one. Is this because it’s a pre-foreclosure? What would my next step be to find the price to see if the numbers work?
also can someone explain the difference between foreclosure and pre? and are they even worth looking into? Thanks!
