St. Louis area investor
Hey everybody, new to the forums. Graduated college (UMSL - St.Louis) roughly 6 months ago and working for a local real estate company within their appraisal department. Looking into getting my agent's license shortly to begin accumulating capital for deals.
Mainly looking for anyone that can offer insight on the process of being an agent, part-time or full, finding a good brokerage, how it can benefit investing, etc.
