Today when I was cold calling I got this objection " this sounds like a scam" how would you handle that objection?!

Are you running a scam? You told the person on the other end of the line that you wanted to buy their house- is that true? Do you have the means to do so? If not, they have reason to be leery, you weren't being honest with them.
