Property Managers in Indianapolis

I am looking at purchasing my first rental property hopefully in the next 30 days. I am considering self managing but I travel frequently with my job. Looking for some direction and advice on if it is worth hiring a property manager for just 1 rental property. I have researched several property management companies in Indy. Any recommendations appreciated.

I own a property management company but also offer consulting services for those who would like to self manage.  I have some local and out of state clients that self manage and it works well for them.  I believe that self management is absolutely doable for one property, especially if you have a resource to reach out to for questions along the way.
