New investor seeking an ACCOUNTABILITY PARTNER
Hi I'm Gina from Long Island, NY! I have been a BP member only a few weeks and I am hooked on the education and information that is available here! Through reading the suggested books, Listening to podcasts, and engaging in the community here, I have chosen my "focus" in real estate... rental properties! I intend to pursue buy and hold SFR rentals to start off with. My goal is two-gold: 1st to provide cash flow to reinvest and grow my wealth and 2nd to provide me some extra money to enjoy with my family. I am looking for someone with similar goals and on a similar path to become my accountability partner - someone to share my goals with (daily goals, weekly, monthly, long-term), and discuss our progress together. Let everyone hold each other accountable for learning, goal-setting, DOING, and achieving! I would be open to starting a group as well if multiple people share the same interests!
