Section 8 What am I missing?
After listening to episode 356 with Joe Asamoah his strategy sounds like a no brainer with Section 8. In my current area the section 8 FMR is listed higher than what you could likely get for the property non section 8. What am I missing and why aren't more people doing this with nice properties?
