Is keystone funding/wealth212 legit or scam?

I've been a communications with them for a while, and I am very interested, however, I am unable to find information about them online. I would hate to start and find out their guidelines are so strict and get rejected every time I submit a deal. The last thing I want right now is losing money on a scam. Has anyone worked with them? Please share your experience...

Yes I have their criteria and its super strict. They only deal with A or B properties and only Residential no Commercial. They cannot be in a historical area. and they have a 10 day mandatory inspection period. You have to submit the deal and their team of realtors will look at it and get back to you if they think is a good deal. However, good luck because when they get back to you or if they get back to you your deal is nearing the 10 day.

Jean, I can personally tell you because my husband and I work with them currently. We had no idea that they have such strict guidelines. We have not been able to get a deal funded yet.
