Duplex Comps to Apartment or Townhouse?
Pretty nooby question here, but I"m hoping to get involved in a house hack within the coming months/year. Ideally I'd be living in one half, renting out the other for a duplex. Should I be comparing the rents to apartments or to townhouses? Thanks!
