Automated Buy/Sell Line
I am new to RE investment and have been considering setting up an automated Buy and Sell line to help save me some time with pre qualifying and things like that. I've shopped around so I know that I get the most bang for my buck through this company but I just wanted some feedback from someone who has used a system such as this. Is it going to save time and effort? I want to be able to focus my efforts in other areas of my business but find myself wrapped up on the phone the majority of the time. Any advice is appreciated....
