Property Management Companies
Hello! My name is David and I am a total newbie in the real estate investing world. Right now, I am still learning as much as I possibly can regarding REI and I plan on buying my first property in about two months. My goal is to become a buy and hold investor and so I will eventually need a property management company. Could you guys tell me what questions I should ask or what should I look for when I talk to different companies? Thank you in advance!
