investing in BRRRR and multifamily while having a family?
Hello my name is Jesthen, I have a family of five and i have always wanted to invest in Real Estate, but I am stuck between brrrr and multifamily. I dont know if i should just do a multifamily property live on one side and rent the other, or just do a SFH under market value and do the brrrr strategy. I am currently deployed in Europe and plan on starting this journey when i get back this spring. Any advice that you guys have would be wonderful and greatly appreciated! THANK YOU!!!!!

@Jesthen Baez Why not both? Do a BRRRR multifamily... and reduce/eliminate one of your largest bills... your housing? I would do that all day long;)
