Considering a big bear cabin for VR
I am looking to buy a 3 bed 2 bath home in sugarloaf area in Big Bear City ca.
I would like to Airbnb it to pay for the monthly expenses and it would help to pay the mortgage.
Are homes rented out in a lot in surgarloaf? It’s about 4-6 miles from the ski slopes so I don’t know how popular it is.
