Drafting proposal for investor/investor (for OPM)
Hi guys. I’m a 23 year old male from Pretoria, South Africa and after watching BiggerPockets videos on Youtube, I’ve decided I really want to get into real estate investing.
So there’s a 3 bed, 2 bath house being listed on my street and I’m interested in buying it and renting it out, using OPM. I have no cash of my own so I plan to bring on an investor or partner, and for this I’m going to need to draft a proposal.
There are two things I’d like to know, 1) how does one prepare a proposal/what needs to be included in the proposal, apart from the analysis obviously and 2) how exactly does one find these investors/partners?
