GROOVY together in TENNESSEE
Hello BP community! Hope all are groovy! As a few hairs over novice in the REI world, I always pursue my passion as it is my first day at mini training camp; hardworking, engaging with my superiors, executing at highest level, not afraid to fail. I reside in the HOT still BOOMING Nashville market. My wife and I currently successfully own and operate an original HouseHack that adequately washes both our mortgage and brand new car note. THANK GOD.
Actively pursuing my next project, I know it will require a little more creativity and my offered preferred sweat equity to secure financing. Established as s hotel/property manager, I am desiring a mentor and collaboration of any REI for lucrative opportunity here in Nashville or those eyeing Nashvegas.
As stated just a few hairs over novice, I simply am a calculated fearless executioner that desires to actively learn much more. I am also more on the realist/optimistic side of the spectrum, truly believing all things will workout for the good at the end. YES, adverse obstacles will come yet a willing, wise, faithful, progress-or, will always win.
