Structuring loan for LLCs

Hi,

Complete beginner here. How do you structure/take loans out to the LLC corp if it's a multi-partner LLC? Do they check the credit of everyone in the LLC based on % stake or some other way of doing this? Or is the best way for individuals to take loans individually?
