Hi Folks,

So my wife is slowly coming on board with the idea of investing in real estate. She’s scared, mostly because she isn’t educated in real estate. That’s not to say, she’s not educated. It’s just her frame of mind is and has always been the traditional “work 30+ years in a 9-5 job until you retire”. I can (and sometimes do) speak extensively about investing in real estate; but I know that I can sometimes come on a little strong when it comes to things I’m passionate about. Also, there seems to be a general barrier when anything comes from me, simply by virtue of being her husband. (I really hope that doesn’t somehow depict her in a bad light).

My point is, she is finally coming around to the idea of investing in real estate for our future, and I don’t want to blow it! So she has agreed to my request, that she listen to just 5 episodes of the Bigger Pockets Podcast. So ask you all, what are a few of the most “Beginner Accessible” episodes that have had the most impact on getting you started? Thanks in advance.
