BRRRR Refinancing Confusion-- can you clarify?
My wife and I are looking to BRRRR a property within the next few months. We have a good grasp on the process except for one area of confusion that I've never been able to figure out. During the refinance phase do I need to wait a certain amount of time before getting a conventional loan? If so, how long is this period?
