New To Investing - Need Advice
I was presented with an opportunity to purchase 10 off market properties ranging from (80K-120K) and 2 building lots of land for 30K. The properties already have renters in them. All are in livable but not great condition. The owner is older and wants to sell because he will not have them paid off in the time frame he would like. I just need some opinions of how to approach? I am brand new to investing with no property currently.
