Found a possible investor, what now?
SO i found a possible investor. Can anyone help walk me through a couple things? What I'm wondering is what do i need to be prepared to approach them with a business proposition. Do i start a llc? how does the investor get paid back? if someone could maybe walk me through how you formed this type of relationship that would be great!
