Advice for a college student

I am a 20 year old college student from Minneapolis. I am currently in the process of learning all that I can about real estate, and a partner and I plan on entering the space after we graduate. We're in the process of moving toward our first flip, and we'd like to eventually enter the multi-family investing space. Any and all advice would be appreciated!
